All returned requests/enquiries must be made within 7 days after the item is received. The returned item must be in its original packaging together with its original tags and accessories.

Although all items have gone through the quality inspection of goods, we have no control over the condition of goods during transportation. If the merchandise is found to be damaged during shipping, we are willing to let you return.

Please take a photo of the damage item and email it to us at Youmust inform us before sending the product back to us. If the damage is severe you will be entitled to a full claim.

We accept stock refund under below condition:
   - Dirt or stain more than 20sen that cannot remove. (If can remove after wash-not entitle)
   - Some any others reasonable condition based on our judgments. 

Refund under this category will be in "Store Credit", which is use to paid for your goods on yours next order.

Refund in this category will be in Cash. (Total value of out of stock item will refunded to your bank account.)

Refund refunded is limited to product price, not included shipping fee.
However, if all the product you have order is out of stock, total amount will be refunded including shipping fee.

You buy 3 item, 2 item is available and 1 is out of stock. You may choose to proceed the order with 2 item and we will refund you the price of the sold out item.

Exp 2:
You buy 3 item, all 3 item is out of stock. We will cancel your order and refund the total amount including shipping fee.
Wrong ItemAppiemallIf you receive something which was not ordered by you, please inform us immediately! And send back the wrong item to us. Once we receive the wrong item, we will resend the correct item to you. All delivery fees will be paid by Appiemall Enterprise. Similarly, we will pay the delivery fees back to you in Cash.

We will check and ensure no major defect before sending out to customer. We DO NOT entertain refund request/enquiry on criterias below, please ensure you read this through before placing any order for preorder items:

  • Slight color difference. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the apparels shown on our website. However, because the colors you see depend on your monitor and other settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be exactly accurate.
  • Please note that picture shown on our website may be slight vary from the actual product, as product may be slight vary when comes from different batch. If you need to be very specific, please contact us before making any order to request more detail of the product. No return or refund entertained for product just having a slight different from the picture. If its major different please contact us to resolve.
  • The apparel doesn’t look as good as what the customer thought. Customer must check out the measurements and description before making an order.
  • The customer doesn't like the color or style, and wishes to change to another color or style/pattern/design. Will not be entertained.
  • The apparel doesn't fit the customer perfectly. Please check measurement and size as detailed on our product detail page. We measured our apparel to our best effort and as detail as possible. Please check these details before making a purchase. You my also contact us to request more measurement detail.
